Must be flexible with hours and days worked mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays. Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. 
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members. Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner. Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures. Efficiently communicates with Banquet Manager to ensure proper event preparedness. Clean and maintains tent supplies and equipment. Provide support with loading and unloading trucks. Assist with delivery of event equipment, tents, tables, and chairs when applicable. Responsible for timely installation of tents, and dance floors when applicable. Work alongside and receive guidance from the assisting Facilities Managers. Comply with department’s safety regulations and best practices for the installation and breakdown of event tents. Duties include, but are not limited to tent installation, equipment delivery and setup, loading and unloading trucks. during peak event seasons to help create a world class experience for guests. The Event Tent Crew primarily assist in the setup and breakdown of events such as parties, gold tournaments, corporate events etc. Tent Crew performs skilled tent installation, breakdown, and manual work as necessary to prepare for events at Cedars at Dungeness, 7 Cedars Casino and Hotel.
